We create systems that can develop themselves further; but above all we accelerate mechanisms that can generate profits.
For us, profit means a surplus of value over cost (including all the assets and efforts engaged in the project). The profit can vary in its form: it can be financial, economic, social, emotional … Nevertheless; the key to success always lies in the profit. Such an approach proves correct when it comes to creating new product, new brand for the region, cultural institution or development strategy of a city. All that requires designing value-creation mechanisms. Such process should link ruthless and complex diagnosis, clean logical models with courage of intuition and creative originality. Such process requires cooperation of analysts and visionaries, groundbreakers and execution supervisors.
Our activity, although based on consulting approach, refers to design creation. The design is understood on a different level: institutional organisms design, function and process design. This is our area of expertise. We create technology of territorial competitiveness.
